Abstract
This work seeks to analyze human rights training for Social Work from the perspective of international standards. Through the mixed methodology, the training plans of the Social Work Schools of universities in Chile are analyzed. The sample was made up of a total of 32 universities and 158 subject programs. The findings show that a total of 116 references to human rights international standards were identified from the set of programs analyzed. However, these are distributed unevenly according to the category analyzed. The results suggest a low presence of human rights content according to international standards. Finally, recommendations are provided for further development of human rights education for training in social work.
