Measurements of the field-effect electron mobility of the acceptor ITIC
Abstract
We report on the fabrication and characterization of organic field-effect transistors using the small molecule electron acceptor 3,9-bis(2-methylene-(3-(1,1-dicyanomethylene)-indanone))-5,5,11,11-tetrakis (4-hexylphenyl)-dithieno [2,3-d:2',3' d']-s-indaceno [1,2-b:5,6-b']dithiophene (ITIC). These experiments carried out in unipolar n-channel transistors yield an average field-effect electron mobility value of 1.4 x 10(-2) cm(2)/Vs.
