Abstract

Promotes a debate on the judicialization of social interactions concerning the use of energy resources and involving such inextricably linked them as energy, environment, development and citizenship. This book sparks off this debate because energy resource issues are understood to be paramount for a greater benefit and better distribution of such resources and because energy law is understood to be one of the most significant challenges to Law Sciences in postmodern times.
