Abstract

The trade in human beings generates an approximate figure that exceeds 150 million dollars a year. Therefore, the issue of migration takes on extreme relevance in today's world. In this scenario, this work intends to reflect on the construction of an Open Society willing to truly exercise democracy, even more so, when potentially anyone can become a migrant. To achieve this purpose, the use of secondary sources is resorted to.
