Abstract

Organizations coexist in scenario of increasing complexity, modifying the way organizations are managed and involving various interest groups. Today we are talking about the governance of organizations, a context in which the present work provides the foundations to lay the conceptual foundations with an emphasis on universities. For this purpose, a documentary analysis will be carried out, systematizing academic articles that address this topic, making it possible to demonstrate the way in which governance develops and consolidates in organizational structures
