Abstract

Given that life expectancy in Japan is 80 years, but in Malawi it is 40 and that in Norway 4 out of every 1000 children die, but in Sierra Leone 316 are reported, the importance of the management and administration of the academic training from bioethics is the objective of this work. A documentary study was carried out for a review of formative bioethics within the framework of formative university governance; a discussion of its axes and central themes to contribute to the state of the issue.
