Objetivos: 1) Determine the cell autonomous requirement of Nedd4 and Usp7 expression/activity for SC function 2) Characterize the molecular mechanisms underlying Nedd4 and USP7 functional interplay to regulate Pax7 and MRFs in SCs. 3) Determine Nedd4 and USP7 downstream pathways involved in muscle formation.
