An update of the geographical distribution of Pleurodema marmoratum (Dumeril & Bibron, 1840) in the Chilean Altiplano
Abstract
This study summarizes new and historical records of one of the least known anuran species from the Chilean Altiplano, Pleurodema mannoratum (Dumeril & Bibron, 1840). The discovery of a new population in the Altiplano of the Region de Antofagasta extends the known distribution of this species in Chile approximately 100 km south.
