Abstract

In this paper I propose that an apparatus, called neoliberal governmentality, is composed of a group of heterogeneous elements used for specific purposes within a currently historical conjuncture, more exactly in America Latina. An apparatus that not only assured the constant maximization on population of their utility but also its subjection. The neoliberal governmentality has been also called superimposed narrative and has colonizaded different fields like the family, the health and the education.
