Abstract

A composition is provided for use in the manufacture of supplements for fish feed, comprising standardized extracts of agro-industry by-products, including mainly a mixture of olive and grape extracts, rich in alcohols phenolics, secoiridoids, lignans, flavonoids, anthocyanins, proanthocyanidins and resveratrol. The composition according to the present invention comprises a standardized and characterized mixture of the extracts, mixed in defined proportions and microencapsulated, so it can be used as a food additive in pellets during the oiling stage.
