To investigate the mechanisms involved in the formation of lysyl tyrosylquinone cofactor and lysyl oxidase catalyzed cross-linking of dermal collagen in the presence of natural flavonoids. 2. To compare natural flavonoids in terms of their ability to induce cross-linked collagen human.
