Objetivos: We hypothesize that the non-invasive intranasal administration to opioid-addict rats of secretome derived from preconditioned MSCs will (i) reduce voluntary chronic opioid intake; (ii) inhibit opioid relapse and (iii) prevent cognitive disabilities associated to chronic opioid intake.
