Triadic thoughtful table. Space to generate reflexive thoughts during initial training teaching practices

Abstract
Initial training teaching practices create teaching and learning procedures in three different subjects: tutor (university or college professor), guide (school teacher) and student (teacher in training). This article proposes and characterized the triadic thoughtful table (TTT) as a production and obtaining information technique that generates reflexive procedures. 4 qualitative triads study shows the impact that TTT has over teacher professional identity, triadics relationship, hierarchy break up and the conscious recognition of the reflection importance to develop teaching practices.
