Objetivos: 1.To assess the 9-year cumulative incidence and evolution of metabolic and cardiovascular risk in a cohort of 4,918 women and 4,030 men with and without GSD. 2. To develop and validate an algorithm to accurately assess NAFLD in the context of the public health systems in Chile.
