Abstract

We give a new region of existence of solutions to the superhomogeneous Dirichlet problem -Δpu = vδ, v > 0 in B, -Δqv = uμ, u > 0 in B, u = v = 0 on ∂B, where B is the ball of radius R > 0 centered at the origin in ℝN. Here δ, μ, > 0 and Δmu = div(|▽u|m-2▽u) is the m-Laplacian operator for m > 1. © 2006 - IOS Press and the authors. All rights reserved.
