Abstract

Ibero-American countries have ratified the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The Convention establishes obligations in matters of work and employment for the States Parties. Among them, legislative obligations. This research explores the degree of compliance with these legislative obligations in Ibero-america. In particular, in three aspects related to the labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the private sector: the selection conditions, incorporation into employment, and the conditions of access and of the job.
