Notas: The present proposal focuses on a new approach to enhancement the efficiency of STEGs from improving the TE figure of merit of TEs chalcogenides family. The TEs proposed are doped materials such as GeSe, GeTe, GeS, SnSe, and SnS as bulk crystal structures.
