Brain gym as a strategy for developing psychomotricity in children

Abstract
This article presents a reflection on what the brain as gymnastics and work through it may develop motor skills in children. A set of basic key concepts are presented, as well as working guidelines necessary when trying to work the cerebral gymnastics.
