Abstract

This paper explores the state of formal and informal equity sources currently available for financing entrepreneurial activity in Chile. By integrating theoretical perspectives regarding formal and informal equity funding and information gatheredfrom the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) surveys, the paper arg
