Defense of Parties in Labor Protection Procedures Based on the Worker's Right to Honor

Abstract
This article analyzes the conflict between the worker's honor and the freedom of the employer's company and concludes that a specific analysis of the causes that constitute a breach of the honor is necessary, not only because constitutional rights are confronted, but the applicable labor legislation must be considered in spite of the fact that the assessment and weighing is suitable.
