Abstract
The main objective of this research study is the study of labor relations systems, as well as the impact of labor labor laws and regulations in force and the way they influence the impact of labor productivity in Venezuelan institutions. . The global crisis that is currently reflected in the existing social structures, has brought imbalances in the social and labor order, all this giving rise: unemployment, drastic reduction of productivity, appearance of informal jobs, increase of working hours with greater effort of the worker and with a reduction in pay, seeking to lower costs, use of sporadic hiring (and external to the company) to face the problems that were previously solved with personnel
