Abstract

One of the difficulties that higher education students must face is the production of a Final Degree Project (FDP). Although this macrogenre has been extensively studied in different disciplines, currently, there are no reviews that systematize the large amount of information that has been generated around the FDP. Based on a systematic review, our objective is to identify the central characteristics of the studies that have been carried out around the FDP developed in different disciplines of higher education. The analysis sample was made up of 53 Research Articles. The review of these studies has allowed us to systematize the research advances around the FDP (research language, academic degree, discipline, among others). Furthermore, we identified the current gaps around the topic.
