Abstract

This study examines cybersecurity culture within a university community, investigating the interplay among knowledge, empowerment, habits, informal practices, leadership, and professional ethics. Surveys, reliability tests, and correlations establish positive associations between knowledge and critical factors influencing cybersecurity practices, underscoring a robust relationship with the Cybersecurity Culture Indicator (CCI). The results demonstrate high overall reliability (McDonald's ω=0.924 , Cronbach's α=0.926 ), emphasizing the consistent nature of item responses. Correlation analysis reveals interconnectedness among constructs, emphasizing the strategic impact of a strong cybersecurity culture on organizational dimensions.
