Abstract

At paper proposes a practical method of controlling the legality of administrative acts through several steps, starting with the identification and analysis of the elements of the administrative act, its normative coverage and the detection of the vice of illegality of the act in relation to the violated legal rule. The author for this uses the technique of control of discretionary administrative acts, but adapting it for all kinds of acts.
