Objetivos: In this project, we propose to consistently estimate the teacher value-added (VA) in Chile and its effects on students outcomes, such as educational attainment, the math gender gap, enrollment in tertiary education, particularly in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Medicine (STEM).
