Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze the business influence generated by the pharmaceutical industry towards patient groups during the development of the Ricarte Soto law. Methodology: A qualitative analysis of the experiences of agents who participated in the development of the law was carried out through semi-directive interviews. Results: Informal modes of influence are made visible from the relationship between technocratic corporate delegated power and patient groups, mainly based on emotional skills.
