An Efficient and Selective 7-(Diethylamino)quinolin-2(1H)-One-Chalcone Fluorescent Probe for Detecting Bisulfite in Wine Samples Using a Micellar Solution
Abstract
A new probe (E)-7-(diethylamino)-3-(3-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-oxoprop-1-en-1-yl)-1-methylquinolin-2(1H)-one (DQCh) was synthesized and structurally characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and HRMS. DQCh was photophysically characterized by employing UV-vis, fluorescence, and time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy in combination with computational methods. This probe was studied as a turn-off fluorescent probe based on a Michael addition mechanism for sensing bisulfite (HSO
