Abstract
Educational debriefing is arguably the most fertile moment for learning in Simulation-Based Education. However, there are times when the conversation becomes complex for the simulation educator to manage, jeopardizing the learning of those actively involved in the conversation, the participants who are passive spectators, and of course, the simulation educator themselves. Preventing, detecting, and addressing this early are the duties of a well-trained educator.
