Evaluation proposal in milestones of the computer engineering career at the University of La Frontera, Chile

Abstract
The graduation profile is a key aspect in the design of the curriculum, and is considered both as a starting point and as a point of arrival in the construction of the curriculum. That is why, verifying its compliance is essential in the training processes, which is why the objective of this paper is to present an evaluation proposal in milestone subjects of the Computer Engineering career at the University of La Frontera, Chile, to verify the achievement of the profile of the graduate of this career. An institutional methodology is followed based on the identification of competencies, performance indicators and the learning results of the subjects, which use rubrics to evaluate the achievement of these guiding elements, considering that these are more precise and fair in the assessment of the performance of the students. The process presented is expected to be a contribution to addressing this type of evaluation.
