Abstract

This is the first report on the occurrence of isosalutaridine (1), flavinantine (2), Omethylfalvinantine (3), isocorydine (4), vomifoliol (5), tyrosol (6) and salidroside (7) in Croton chilensis. The structures were elucidated by their physical and spectroscopic data. The chemotaxonomic relevance of these secondary metabolites is discussed briefly. ;.
