Abstract

A nutrítíonal survey was performed ín 19 olíve groves of Azapa valley, Arica, Chíle. Foliar analysís Í8 used to decide which 11utrlent, or nutríents, are defícient ín the orchard trees. Concentratíon oi P, K, Ca and micronutrients were adecuate in the area, hut those oi N, Mg and S were helow crítical levels in most of the orchards. Some recommendations for foliar fertilizatíon are suggested.
