New antineoplastic prenylhydroquinones. Synthesis and evaluation

Abstract

Several prenylhydroquinones have been prepared through Diels-Alder condensation, further functionalized or degraded chemically and then evaluated for their cytotoxic activity against some neoplastic cultured cell lines.
