The paper Jinsong Wu, Song Guo, Jie Li, and Deze Zeng, "Big Data Meet Green Challenges: Big Data toward Green Applications" was selected as one of the two recipients of the 2017 IEEE Systems Journal Best Paper Award. Each year up to 1% of the eligible papers can be selected for the ISJ best paper award. In 2016, 254 papers were published, therefore 2 papers were selected for the 2017 award.
