Difusión y Transferencia

The dissemination and transfer of Prof. Huepe's work is guaranteed by the highly interdisciplinary nature of his work and numerous collaborators in diverse fields. His Swarm robotics work is in collaboration with mechanical engineers such as Prof. Ali Emre Turgut. His biological complexity work is in collaboration with biologists such as Prof. Iain Couzin.

His work on social network opinion dynamics within the Social Listening Lab (SoL-UC), in collaboration with Prof. Eduardo Arriagada, Dean at the Faculty of Communications of the UC Chile, has produced multiple consulting and advisory reports on opinions on online social networks for public and private organizations, including the Chilean Ministry of Education, Ministry of the Environment, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, ENEL, CMPC, and Imagen de Chile.

In addition, Prof. Huepe regularly gives a mini-course and lecture series on Complex Systems with the support of the Casa de Goethe, in Santiago, Chile.
He also has also written opinion pieces for Chilean magazines, such as:
• Apr 2018: Opinion piece in Chilean magazine Revista Mensaje on the post-truth era & politics https://www.mensaje.cl/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/MSJ_668_may_2018.pdf#page=28
