1997 Creador de la empresa SPG SA (con A. Serpell), Spin off del Programa de Investigación en Productividad de la Construcción, en sociedad con la CCHC y DICTUC SA.

Organizar, promover o auspiciar con UPADI, con otras organizaciones de ingenieros, o con instituciones científicas, técnicas y educativas, reuniones técnicas, congresos y seminarios para analizar temas que requieran soluciones concretas y actualizadas.
