The researcher teaches courses on the Analysis of Sectoral Public Policies and two Research Seminars in the Public Administration program at the Universidad Austral de Chile

Likewise, the researcher participates permanently in the thesis direction for the Master of Government at the same University. Occasionally and at the request of the students, she directs theses in other study programs. In all of her projects, she has recruited graduate students as research assistants.

Recently, the researcher has been appointed Director of the new UACH Institute of Government and Public Affairs. Between 2020 and 2022 she was Director of the Master's in People Management in Organizations at Alberto Hurtado University, an institution where she worked until February 2022.

A. Transfer and Dissemination of Sciences:

The researcher participates in the Observatory of Labor Strikes (OHL), an initiative she helped found in 2014 and directed between 2016 and 2020. The Observatory seeks to collect, disseminate and promote public discussion on labor conflict in Chile. The data is published in annual reports and presented in seminars attended by numerous authorities, union leaders, and representatives of business organizations.

Other dissemination and transfer initiatives in which the researcher has participated in the last five years are:
- Principal investigator in a project to create a diagnostic system for labor relations in the State, an initiative that emerged in 2016 thanks to the agreement between the Civil Service Directorate and the UAH. B. Scientific dissemination
The researcher permanently participates in conferences, seminars, and academic workshops. For instance, in 2022, she presented her work at 6 scientific events.

Likewise, the researcher usually collaborates with the organization of academic events. For example, in 2022, she co-organized the seminar "Labor conflicts: new and old actors in Chile and Argentina" (October 14. FACSO Santiago); the workshop "Work for digital platforms: perspectives and academic debates" (August 22, Valdivia); the colloquium "The future of labor relations in the State: A look from the territories" (UACH, Valdivia, April 20) and the Congress of the Latin American Association of Labor Sociology (ALAST) (July 20-22, 2022.
