Substantive focus: Public sector management, in particular civil service management Methodological focus: Surveys and field experiments with public servants, in collaboration with eleven national governments

- Advanced training in survey methodology, structural equation modelling and applied regression analysis
- Training in qualitative research methods

- Almost ten years of experience advising senior government officials on public management reforms
- Previous work as World Bank Economist and Visiting Scholar at the Inter-American Development Bank
- Particular expertise in collaborations on civil service surveys, including collaborations with eleven national governments and advisory to the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, OECD and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)
