Formación de Capital Humano

First, my research and consulting activities focus on understanding how organizations (both for-profit, non-profit and scientific
organizations) can use external sources of knowledge to generate and adopt innovations, their relationship to the development
of internal sources of knowledge, and how all these variables can affect the performance of organizations. I am also interested
in the effects of specific organizational structures and configurations on innovation and R&D results.

Difusión y Transferencia

My last line of research relates to ‘communities of knowledge’ and ‘social networks.’ I am interested in studying how different groups of
professionals can organize themselves to solve scientific and innovation problems, depending on the type of problems they
must face.
