Formación de Capital Humano

I’m an Assistant Professor at the Department of Philosophy, Adolfo Ibáñez University. I got my PhD from University College London in 2018, and my MSc in Political Theory from the London School of Economics. I did my Bachelor in Philosophy at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. I’m interested in analytic political philosophy, rights theory, theoretical foundations of human rights, legal theory, normative methods and meta-ethics. As a researcher, my main aim is to explore the concept of rights, human rights, duties and collective duties from the perspective of practical reasoning. Now I’m participating in an unprecedented research project in Chile for ethical data management. This project, executed by Adolfo Ibáñez University, is part of the IDB Group’s fAIr LAC initiative. I’m analising the use of algorithms in the criminal justice system from a normative perspective.
