Director and tutor of 2 Master’s thesis in Biotechnology (~2 years in duration)

10 years of experience as a University-level Lecturer, Coordinator, and Laboratory and Seminar Teaching Assistant. During these 10 years I have taught 6 different courses equivalent to ~69 hours of lectures; ~512 hours of laboratory teaching; ~256 hours of seminars.

Supervision of 3 PhD (~6 months) and 3 undergraduate research unit (~6 months in duration)

As entrepreneur with my enterprise (BioPub) I have trained over 500 scientists in scientific writing from undergraduate students to full Professors from national (UCHILE, PUC, UACH; UDEC; UNAB) and international (UTEXAS) universities


Difusión y Transferencia


Currently working on a new intelligent (artificial intelligence) computational multi-linguistic level model (morph-syntax, semantic, and coherence-cohesion) for automatic assessment (machine learning), editing, and feedback specialized for scientific documents. This will be translated in time reduction, and higher quality and reproducible for writing and editing scientific documents. Therefore, always is obtained a well written document that communicates effectively discoveries to other scientist and society. Besides the aforementioned social impact that this technology can have in the world, in economic terms the aim is to massively sell this software worldwide.
