Profesor de la Facultad de Comunicaciones y del MBA en la Universidad Católica de Chile, director del Magíster en Comunicación Estratégica, del think tank TrenDigital y de EducomLab. Ha publicado numerosos artículos académicos sobre el uso de tecnologías en aprendizaje y diversas plataformas para educar sobre el impacto de la tecnología, entre las que destacan EducarDigital, DigitalDetox, Índice Bienestar Laboral Emocional, BienestarDigital y el ÍndiceDigital. En EducomLab desarrolló el primer Currículo de Alfabetización Digital Escolar e implementó diversos programas educacionales, como el de formación ciudadana para el Ministerio de Educación, Ciudadanos para Chile.
