Synthesis and band engineering of Sn1-xAx Se (A=Ge, Sb) thermoelectric materials for energy application Mosquera, Edgar Eduardo Proyecto The principal objective of the project is to synthesiz and study of Sn1-xAx Se (A=Ge, Sb) material for the thermoelectric application. The Thermoelectric properties of SnSe materials can be altered through doping of Ge and Sb. Hence, optimize the dopant concentration by tailoring the band structure (2017)
