7 undergraduate thesis were mentored in topics related to plant development and plant molecular biology in stone fruit trees species (Prunus genus, Rosaceae family).
1 PhD thesis co-advised in the PhD in Botany from the Universidad de Concepción (Chile) about the environmental factors that regulate the mycorrhyza communities in the Chilean sclerophyll forest.
1 PhD thesis co-advised in the PhD in Program of Post-Graduation in Plant Physiology from the Universidade Federal de Pelotas (Brazil)
1 Postdoc supervised (FONDECYT 3160316) related to the use of Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS) in plant breeding selection of stone fruit rootstocks.
Participation in several Master and PhD thesis evaluation committees (Universidad de Talca, Chile; Universidad Federal de Pelotas, Brasil).

-Plant Physiology Lab, Universidad Federal do Pelotas (UFPel, Brasil) PI: Dr. Valmor Bianchi. Period: 1 week, year: 2019. Activity: Research collaboration in plant molecular biology in Prunus rootstocks. Seminar talk for Master and PhD students about the molecular responses of Prunus rootstocks to root hypoxia. Also, a research collaboration agreement was signed between CEAF-UFPel .
-Plant Molecular Lab, USDA/ARS, Corvallis, Oregon (USA) PI: Ruth Martin. Period: 3 months, year: 2014. Activity: Functional characterization of transcription factor genes isolated from Prunus roostocks.
