Formación de Capital Humano


Teaching Industrial Organization at graduate level, and Introductory Economics at the undergraduate level. Also taught applied econometrics.
Directed 10 undergraduate thesis; 15 Master thesis and 4 PhD thesis.
Directed 8 courses designed to professional groups in areas of regulation.


Difusión y Transferencia


Has participated in a number of professional comissions to implement specific laws associated with regulated areas. He has been expert in several tariff setting procedures. His last participation was to be the Chairman of a Presidential Commission to design schemes of financing Higher Education Institutions, a mandate made by President Pinera in 2010.
He has had an active role in designing mechanisms to allocate scarce port areas.
