Formación de Capital Humano

In the last three years, I have directed 4 professional practices of engineering students specialized in bioengineering, 4 Master Theses in Biotechnology and Bioengineering. I have advised several biochemistry students in research seminars, and given general advisory for doctoral students in the bioengineering laboratory. Currently, I have sponsored 1 postdoctoral research work financed by Conicyt (finalized in 2016).

Teaching activities have involved 4 undergraduate courses a year for Bioengineering students, and a yearly participation in 2 postgraduate courses (Programa de Doctorado en Ingeniería de Sistemas Complejos, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez). Seminars and short presentations for University and High School students have been carried out 4-5 times a year.

Difusión y Transferencia

Dissemination activities have included public and/or University conferences once a year. Technology transfer activities have been carried out in the form of applied projects for biostimulation and biofertilization of agricultural crops.
