I am investigating CLL (Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia) by amplification and massive paralelle sequencing of antibodies by nanopore technology. Also I have been working to know the effects of AID in this same disease, using double transgenic mice.

My experience in the research areas includes molecular characterization of Enterococcal strains (Universidad de Chile), isolation and study of bacteriophages (COANIQUEM) and study of hematological diseases (UMAG), all of this using various molecular biology techniques (reverse transcription, pcr, qPCR, nanopore sequencing) and laboratory (ELISA, flow cytometry)
