In the academic area, I am currently employed at the University of Concepción. I have been working there for some years, specifically since 2015. Initially, I started working at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, teaching the subject of Medical Physics. Later, due to a public competition I won, I started my relationship in 2016 with the Sponsoring Institution. In the Department, I have taken the development of the line design, management, and operation of irrigation systems, using new technologies to increase the efficiency of the different irrigation systems. The courses taught in the undergraduate area are mainly “irrigation and drainage systems", "irrigation methods", "modeling of irrigation systems", and collaboration in the elective course "drones in agriculture". From 2020 until today, I have participated as a collaborative professor in postgraduate, specifically in the course “advanced irrigation systems” and “new technologies to agriculture”. From that date until now, I have been a participant in several undergraduate theses (20), graduate thesis (2), a participant in curriculum redesigns and currently director of the career.
