- Participated as an Oceanographer scientist in the NOAA PIFSC summer Fisheries Science Camp (O'ahu, 2014 - 2017) to inspire middle school students to pursue marine science-related careers.
- Volunteered to help Waianae Homeless Camp with materials and food for families in need (O'ahu, 2016-present).
- Participated as the NOAA Oceanographer representative in the JASON STEM Career to connect students to science and exploration and inspire and motivate them to study and pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. (O'ahu, 2013).
