Fisheries and aquaculture: She has processed bills, elaborated and supervised the elaboration of regulations applicable to industrial and smallscale fisheries and aquaculture, elaborated reports on all matter under her competence, participated and lead working groups composed by public and private sector, participated in international meetings referred to fisheries and aquaculture, taking on the defense of the Undersecretariat for Fisheries and Aquaculture at the Court of Justice, General Comptrollership of the Republic and Constitutional Court. As a legal adviser on aquaculture, she has been responsible for elaborating regulations applicable to said activity since 1998. In addition, she has worked on enforcement of regulations on fisheries and aquaculture.

Public Law: She has specialization on Public Law, both Constitutional and Administrative Law, including teaching, research and legal advisory to public bodies.

Indigenous people: She processed the law on coastal space for indigenous people, which allows granting areas of coast for indigenous people to develop traditional activities, including fishing, considering regulations and international declarations referred to this subject. In addition, she worked with Presidential Commissioner for indigenous people meanwhile she worked on Ministry General Secretary of the Presidence.
