Gender Gap in STEM
- 2023 Panelist in the roundtable "Policies focusing on Gender Equality in Applied Math across Latin American Countries" Latin American Congress on Industrial and Applied Mathematics, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
-2022 Panelist in session on Walking the Diversity Talk: How to Operationalize Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity in Parental Leave Policies at the Manufacturing & Service Operations Management conference, Germany (on-line participation).
- Since 2014 member of the "colectivo de mujeres matemáticas" (https://www.mujeres-matematicas.cl) We promote the visibility of female mathematicians in Chile and Latin America, through talks to general public, expositions in museums and meeting. Among them:
* Organization of the II Meeting of Mathematical Women in Latin America,
* Responsible of the Exhibition Portraits of Mathematics that has been shown in the more important chilean museums,
* Organized panel to discuss the gender gap in mathematics along.

Research Dissemination
- 2018 Panelist in the 3º Complex Energy System Workshop, Renewable, Flexible and Resilient Energy Grids. Meeting to gather researcher and practitioners to discuss the future of the chilean electrical system. (http://cesworkshop.cl/18/es/programa)

Transfer to Industry
- 2015 Private Transfer R & D for the Internal Tax Service of Chile. We developed a decomposition algorithm for computing income taxes with pass-through entities.
- 2014 Private Transfer R & D for Kapsch. Algorithm for road blocking using GPS information for a mining company.
- 2013 Private Consulting for Maron Perez consultant ltda. Study of development of R & D projects in a Mathematics Chilean Faculty.
